Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the solar panels and inverters you purchase from our store. Please review the following return policy for solar panels and inverters, which applies to customers within Pakistan.
Eligibility for Return
Solar Panels
Must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
The panels should be in new, unused, and original condition, with all accompanying accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
Returns are only accepted for panels that show manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
Solar Inverters
Must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
The inverters must be in their original, unused condition, along with all components, user manuals, and packaging.
Returns are applicable in case of defective units or if the product is damaged upon arrival.
Conditions for Return
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or invoice is required to process any return.
Inspection: All returned items will be subject to inspection. The return request may be denied if the items show signs of use, wear, or tampering.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made solar panels, inverters modified after purchase, or items marked as clearance cannot be returned.
Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service at sales@sunergyx.com or +92 332 3037600 to initiate a return within the eligibility period. Provide your order number and details of the defect or damage.
Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions for returning the product.
Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other return reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the original product and placing a new order if you need a replacement.
Warranty Claims
Solar panels and inverters are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. For repair or replacement services beyond the return window, please refer to the warranty terms.
